Not a problem go to photobucket.com and you can upload your picture images from your computer and size them to 10 kb then when it shows your down sized photo you can right click and save it to your pictures files and bring it up in photo editing and and adjust it to the size you like under attributes. It took me awhile to figure out all then till someone showed me. Best of luck with it.

yeah, resaving it to another format is the easiest way of doing it. Sacrificing image quality is another(if you already saved it as jpeg but still want to to be less)

If it's a GIF, make it a JPEG, also you can lower the dpi.
