Round and round? I would assume No, because very rarely do i see a bus attempting a 360 degree turn. I got two thumbs down, why? Think about it
If a bus is moving and you turn the wheel round and round it will have to go in a 360 degree turn, or you could call it a "doughnut". If you are not thumbing me down for giving a factorial answer, then you must be thumbing me down because you think that i didn't know that its a kid song. I know its a kids song. I gave a factorial answer because this forum isnt for joking and playing around, its too offer assistance for people who need it.

Yes, if you were to disconnect it from the stearing shaft and rolled it down a hill you'd clearly see this effect.

Yes they do because busses are always going and only stop to pick you up. If they didn't go around a lot of people would be stuck.

Only if it's moving... and if you're singing that in a stopped bus... well, then you're in trouble.
