first bath with warm water regularly,then use some medicinal or til tel oils to massage ur body parts regularly including face,tryb til tel plus narayan,shatavri tel,also drink turmeric hot milk while sleeping,tell me diffrence after 2 months on my e-mail after 2 months ,my e-mail id is niranjaninamdar@yahoo.com,i can give you more tips depending on your body,skin type,bye.

if you are fair take skin care cream to protect, if you are fair avoid travelling in sunlight so that you can maintain same colour, if you travel you can't maintain the colour of the skin, plz consult your physician to maintain your skin colour not in this yahoo answers

Definetly apply a night cream every night. I would reccomend Merle Norman Night Cream. Also, wear moisturizer that says "improves skin tone." Good Luck!

Eat a well balanced nutrtious diet, do moderate exercise, some
breathing exs. [pranayama] -- will help too. Drink enough water & eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
Sleep well & avoid tension & anxiety.
All the abv., will keep yr endocrine system and the hormones well balanced , resulting in good heatlth & good skin too.

drink LOADS of water for a start! and also use Cocoa Butter on your skin. on your face it may feel heavy at first, but after a week or so, you really will notice a difference, and it will feel like normal creams! x
