Right now all your attention is built up around her and you live for that first moment. You think more of her than that tution class. You already know what path she takes around and which are her moves. You know who is around her and probably even who else might be trying to get to her.
First, important, make sure she notices you. Approach her with a spontaneous, friendly "Hi :)..." Have in mind what next to say (something with wit or at least humor, or a question...), but don't force it and don't rush. Most important is to try to take it as normal (because of the excited heartbeat that might catch you- but might as well booste your braincells rather than block you) and allow the flow of the taken moment. Let her and nature do the rest. If you do block, have prepared some chewing gum, peppermint candy and/or similar (extra pen, napkin, lighter, joint, first aid kit, book on Latin sayings- just joking).
As much as she is right now all your world, she has her own world... The worste thing that could happen is that she would appreciate your bravery, or that you burn too much time waiting for the ideal moment and someone else takes your place... The best thing that could happen is...
Once you cross that barrier, the world is yours.

Is soooo complicated, let me try to explain it:
You walk towards her after class, you say “hi, I’m (put your name here), nice to meet you (and same for her friends if she is not alone, which it could be better for the first time), want to go out some time, maybe we can study together, and go out to the movies and stuff…” and so on…
Oh wait, it is actually very simple! Isn’t it?
Just go and do it. What is the worse that can happen? That she says “hi, sorry busy today, talk later”. Well, then you go rejected and end of story. You won’t know unless you go and ask.
You don’t have to go and ask directly “would you marry me”. All you are doing is introducing yourself (and maybe some friends) and looking to become friends, and go out have fun.
If she likes you, she will accept to become friends, and even if she doesn’t, she might accept, as she might like to make friends. And you take it from there! Just be natural, be yourself, and if she likes you as you are, she will have no problems when you ask her out later on a real date. In fact, she might be the one asking you if you don’t watch it.
Go and meet her already!
Good luck, and have fun!
