I hv a colleague of mine, she is very reserved in office. somehow i got her on online chat in office, then on everyday she started voluntarily chatting online wid me during office hrs. sometimes she sends friendly sms at night 11.30pm, but not regularly.
she does look at me in office, but does not talk directly, but prefers to talk on phone wid me even for official matters. once i called her casually for a cup of coffee, but she said "keep dreaming..."

i'm really confused wid this gal, wht r her intentions? is she interested in me? or is she jus flirting wid me. wht shud i do now, can i rely on this person & make a move??

Is it that she is shy & waiting for me to make the move????
coz she does not seem to be a tricky kind of girl.

She doesn't really want to associate with you. Sorry. She blew you off for a date and doesn't want to be seen talking to you.

I would leave her alone if I were you. Don't you question why she only wants to associate with you thru the phone or computer? That is weird. If she wanted to be with you then it wouldn't matter how you communicate but that you are communicating, whether it is face to face or thru emails. Good luck.

I don't think she is really interested i think maybe she just wants to pass the time at work, dont ask her out!

I think she's sending you mixed signals. Ask her if she just wants to be your friend or something more.
