Yes sometimes it does. But not always. Sometimes when he teases you he is just being playful-I had a friend who was a guy and we thought of each other like a brother and sister but he teased me all the time. And I teased him back.

Teasing would be the immature way of flirting i suppose, as a woman just flirt back but in a mature manner as if he must respect you. Teasing could aslo lead to unmixed and dissapointing feelings for another. Just be careful and depending on your age, flat out ask if he's interested, if you are go for it!

dapends on the age if hes old enough then hes testing you if you as a girl can take a tease or a joke.Then he can move on from there with you.some of us men just do it to irritate you leave those kinds alone waste of your time.
