I don't know anything about that particular drink except for the fact that it is named "Cafe Crema" which leads me to believe that Cream has something to do with it. I would put money on it requiring some kind of dairy product.

Doesn't matter, a crema can be a large black espresso-style coffee, or a cafe au lait (big white).

Depends on the area and machine.

hi i work for a dunkin donuts and we server somthing like that.. you can use whole milk 2% milk andskim milk but some like it made with 18% cream personally i like 18% cream it thicker that way but this is what i know from manageing a donut shop and knowo for the java

it is best without crema refers to the creamy froth on top.
