Don't fall into his trap. He's just a player.
If you break him and his g/f up, you are the other woman.
Then, in the future, do not be surprised if he does it to YOU.
Find someone better than him.

Smile...if the flirting is heavy or sexual, let him know you think he's a creep for coming on to another woman while he's already in a relationship.
Remember...if you were with him, he'd be flirting behind your back too.

Go with someone else. He's not trustworthy at all. Even if he did break up with his gf for you. How do you know he won't flirt with someone else behind your back?

It's ok to flirt...for anyone.
There's a certain confidence that one gets when another responds to flirting. Help one feel like they are still attractive without actually cheating. Be careful that it doesn't go that far.
