Because they want alllllllll the attention. I think women like that need & crave attention 24/7. Need to get their noggin checked! Maybe even have an eating disorder too.

they have image issues which we can thank society for especially magazines showing skinny girls that have been airbrushed to look perfect something women can never achieve.
