CHICAGO!!!
You guys can spend a day jumping from observatories to museums all within walking distance - have dinner at a posh restraunt, sip vodka in a martini bar... Then back to the hotel.
That alone would be fun - if you put some thought into little suprise gifts, flowers, a card, cheap but pretty looking stuff - it will be very memorable for her.
That's just my idea based on the states you mentioned there.

Why don't you guys come to Chicago for a few days. Then maybe you can take a trip to Lake Geneva, they have a lot of country clubs down there, it's a very relaxed enviornment. So this way you can have the best of boths enviornment.

Well where you go doesn't exactly matter as long as you treat her like a queen and Give her single roses each day, have suprises waiting in the hotel room. Let her be the boss and give her what she wants.

There are cute cabins in the Black Hills in South Dakota if you are looking for a semi-mountain outdoors type of thing.

anywhere u chose is great because u spend it with the right girl and u will have fun whatever u go...... i prefer to go the sea it's perfect in honeymoon and so much romance
