Open the door and stand behind it with a bat! As he walks in, whack him on the ehad with it and call the cops. Put the bat in his hands and tell them he was coming after oyu and you were defending yourself! It's a slamdunk case against him!
Oh and take his wallet!

Go out the back door with a baseball bat and walk around to the front door behind him. Knock on his head a few times and see how he likes it !

Call 9-1-1 and ask them to come to the house since you don't know this person. If it is an emergency, the police/sherrif/public safety can handle the situation.

call the police that happened to me and my friends while we were staying at a hotel once and he had a gun so it was really good we called he was arrested.
