At that time of night, it is a fast and easy ride to LaGuardia.

Depending on where you are in Manhattan -

If you are on the East Side or Uptown, just take a cab (going up the FDR and over the Triboro Bridge.

If you are in Midtown - try one of the bus services at either Grand Central or Port Authority. It will cost about $12.

You can also take the subway to the M60 bus, but if you have a lot of luggage, that is not always the easiest way. Definitely the cheapest!

Take the M60 bus

it crosses the triboro bridge and runs along 125 st, where you can connect to just about every subway line.

easy, fast and only $2 with a metrocard

Personally, I'd arrange for car and driver.
