People that speak during a movie in a theatre are incosiderate and think of nothing but themsleves (excluding of course small children who are usually just being inquisitive).
Self absorbed people do not care if they are ruining the experience for others for they can only see themselves and only care about self gratification.
Sad but true (it annoys the heck out of me to).

I think it is an issue, but the movies are about the experience. So it's logical that you want to speak to the person that came with you. I understand you getting upset but your shushing them will only tick them off. It happened to me once. I wasn't talking through the whole thing but the lady infront got all in my face. So I just laughed it off and accidentally on purpose starting banging my feet on the back part of her seat. She didn't have an issue with talking when it was between her and her husband...and they were much louder. I'd say chill a little or try to go when the theater is emptier, if it's a movie that's really really important to you. Other wise you're just gonna get mad for nothing, you can't change people's habits.

Inconsiderate is the polite way to discribe these people. As I understand it there is a special place in hell for people who talk at the theater. There is nothing more anger inducing then plunking down nearly $20 or more only to have someone feel the need to carry on a conversation with someone. Come on, why pay $20 dollars to go sit down and talk when you can do that free nearly anywhere else and not have to put up with people giving you dirty looks and telling you to be quiet. How about shifting that conversation to a more appropriate setting, not a place where people are quiet and trying to enjoy a film.

no longer yet, yet i do no longer bypass to the theaters because of the fact they are too costly even for nutrition, can not rewind or pause the action picture jointly as going to bathroom, too loud, seats are uncomfortable, sticky and rubbish flooring from previous action picture goers, and so on. as a result I lease DVDs so i do no longer could difficulty approximately those issues plus i can drink beer if i prefer considering the fact that they do no longer serve any sort of alcohol. yet, it may be stressful to have human beings speaking in the action picture theaters jointly as attempting to observe a action picture.

Don't you know the whole world revolves around them? :o)
The sooner you learn this, the happier they will be - the boorish louts!
Etiquette is all about being considerate to others. Your question shows that you would like some consideration to be shown to you, which is certainly not unreasonable!

I'll admit it..i talk in the movie theater. I'm not loud or anything. But sometimes you just have to. like there was a scene that was like amazing or you get confused. or "oh i told you it was going to be so and so that was going to be the killer"....
But some people don't relize how loud they are. They don't know how to keep it down. How to whisper.... kinda like those whom talk on their cellphone while watching a movie...i'm not one of them but people do it.

I understand, in my experiences it's mostly kids and teenagers that do that but adults are just paid pathetic if they are still acting like that. Some people just don't have respect for other people, they are self centered and are in love with the sound of their own voice.

I hate that sh1t, too, when I'm in the movie theatre! I think they PURPOSELY do it because they WANT to piss people like us (the considerate movie patrons, of course!) off and they don't give a sh1t about anybody in the movie theatre other than themselves! I yelled at a couple of people and told them to shut the f@#$ up! I just wanna kick the MOTHERF!@$IN' SH1T outta those inconsiderate MOTHERF@$#ERS!!!!!!

They have no consideration for other people's feelings. You should get up and report them to the manager and ask that they cease or be removed!
