For one humans are not wild game. For two your city or town wouldn't receive a flow of revenue.
I understand what you mean though. I lived on a river and the floaters from all the canoe rentals got to be a hassle. They would come up to house or even urinate in front of the small children. They thought because they were in the country they could get away with anything. I don't know why tourist think they can get by with doing things they wouldn't do where they live. Example, pull down their pants in their own front yard, around their own children or children in the neighbor hood.

kinda silly question. tourist is really not that good eating. but check with local authorities for a varmint tag. some places are literally over run by them in summer, there may be a bounty. but really there is little sport in it as most are quite slow and stupid.

You can but you have to tag them, weigh them, remove a jaw bone to identify their age, and there is a 4 tourist per season bag limit.

You have to go into a lottery for tags on tourists, there are very few of them handed out........and the fees are extremely high.

What kind of tourists are we talking about? Is it the endangered tourists of Ohio?
