whats a good board brand,dont know much bout skateing but it seems cool,not looking 2 do many tricks im just trying street skating like all the skateboard rappers(pharell,lupe fiasco,the pack)mainly 2 get me aroung fast.i can go straight lol but i suck at turning!my friends say just kinda tilt it or shift it i dont know lol.whats good excersizes 2 help me thanx

If your looking to buy a board, go to a local skatepark, and buy one. I'd recomend a DGK, or a Baker. For turning, i mostly pick up my nose and shift my weight to where i want to go. It takes time and practice to be good at skateboarding so dont get mad. Practice pushing off, and just riding. You'll get used to it. But hang out at skateparks and check out how most people skate, that will give you an idea.
