Lots of cardio to get your heart rate pumping (elliptical trainer, playing tennis, treadmill, kickboxing, etc). Keep in mind that muscle also burns fat as energy, so do some light weight training (weight doesn't matter, it's about repetitions done correctly so that you can feel the "burn".) But in addition to that, just remember that your efforts will be fruitless unless you change your lifestyle (your diet, eliminating stress factors, drinking water, etc.) Good luck, girl! Let me answer this for you as simply as possible.
In order to burn fat you must do aerobic exercise. Aerobic simply means in the presence of oxygen.
Walking at a quick pace does wonders as it is easier on your joints , if weight is an issue or you are just starting out.
If you like a gym workout doing cardiovascular exercise works as well.
It is ideal to pay for an orientation if you club or community center does not provide this service for free.
You should look to doing solid cardio routine at least 3 days a week and for upward of 2o mins of your maximum output.
The rate of which you work at depends on your sex, weight, age and fitness level.
Any amount of work you do is futile however if you do not combine your routine with a solid and balanced diet.

eat a lot of protein (edd whites, tuna, chicken breast) and cut out carbs (breads, grains)
then do cardio (jogging, excerising) this will take the pounds off you
from feb. 4th to feb 12 i lost 9 pounds by working out every hard and eating right.
