I think I would say something to her like this-
"Your absolutely right, these chips aren't helping my diet. Would you mind telling Me what you have tried to do to lose weight, cause I wouldn't want to waste my time on your strategies either."

It's a funny thing, weight loss. You would be suprised at how many people might secretly try to sabotage your success.
You really need to take the high road on this one. If you work in a very professional atmosphere, you could take the situation to your HR department and seek guidance from them.
Just focus on your success and the success of your family. That is what is important.
You could also always reply with a simple, polite -- "well, we aren't dieting - we are changing our lifestyles. It's ok to have a treat every once in awhile. Don't you ever need a treat?".
Good luck to you and your family. I thought The Biggest Loser was so inspiring! The Winner/Loser was so awesome!

Either ignore her, or if you just can't (I know how you feel you see)
insulting her isn't a bad way to deal with it, although she may think of a better come- back. And, if your dad is the boss, maybe he is annoyed with her too, and maybe, just maybe he could be able to sort this out. If you want, I'll send you a load of insults that you could say to her.
Anyway, you said she was much fatter than you. She must hate herself, so she is probably jealous of the way that you look.
You could also try fighting fire with fire, when you see her eating something fatty, tell her "When it comes to food, you've let yourself go." If she has a come-back ready like "Oh, well look who's on a diet" or something rubbish like that, you could say "Yes, but my diet is just for a bit of fun, you know, something to do, but YOU need a diet or you'll have engulfed us all by the end of next month! And anyway, I may be chubby, but you are something else".
Also, you could sign her up to WeightWatchers online if you know her e-mail address. It doesn't cost a penny for you or for her.
See, It really isn't that hard.

If your dad is the boss, I wouldn't worry too much about what I said to that woman. I would say, "For your information, these are fat free chips and at least I am trying to do something about my weight/health you cow." (actually that's a bit mean, but something along that train of thought should shut her up)

You should have said "fat free my dear these are special chips" I do that myself. Sometimes I think for years about something that I could have said. Working with people takes patience and coworkers will always be a problem.

Take the high road, explain they're fat free, and offer her one to try. Otherwise, let your and your dad's hard diet work speak for itself. Whatever her reasons for being overweight, it's her business just as much as your diet and your family's biggest loser challenge is your business. Just because she's annoying doesn't mean you have to be mean and annoying back.

Best bet is to just ignore her comments. When she sees that you and your dad lose the weight and she doesn't, just remind her that your diet worked. Keep a smile on your face when you tell her this and she will realize that she doesn't get to you. It sounds like she's jealous that you both are doing something and she may feel threatened that you will succeed and she won't.

What's that saying? "Kill 'em with kindness"? Do that.
But anonymously annoy her to no end! Create a new e-mail account with her name on yahoo or something and send it to her work e-mail address all day with random messages. You could include how snotty she is, some diet plans, that may straighten her out a bit!
If not, it will drive her crazy having e-mails coming in to her from herself!

You said it yourself, she weighs a lot more than you. Jealousy and vanity. She hates herself for looking like that, so she wants to try and make you miserable too. Next time maybe you can tell her to mind her own business, or ask her, "Have you ever tried anything from the fat-free section?" That should embarrass her enough to shut up next time.

Why stoop to her level? Seriously, in the long run, you will not feel any better for having "zinged" her. Ignore her completely unless you have to interact with her on a professional basis.
Your best revenge will be dropping the pounds.
EDIT: I got 2 thumbs down for telling you not to stoop? What the hell is going on here?
