I thought only epileptics were affected by strobe lights?

On a small scale comparison,, go to a night club featuring strobe lights and see if you dont experience a "headache" after a few hours. The military has sophisticated ways of mixing Laser and strobe and I'm sure the details are classified.

i hear that the usa army
has a radar on ground level
that when directed and "fired"
into a crowd,they immediatly
disperse because of the intense heat
that surrounds the body
and without causing any burns at all
