I eat roughly 2 hours before playing 2 or so hours of roller hockey, so whats the best meal I can eat, one that's quick and easy too?

Try a protein shake that is what my boyfriend and I have before we work out it really helps our bodies stay in shape and It doesn't make of fill too full.

Pasta the night before..something lite the day of like fruit, fish, vegetables.

Oatmeal, bananas and a protein shake.

edit: fruits and veggies will not give you energy, carbs give you energy.

anything with carbs. carbs help boost energy and you will burn them while playing hockey.
