I am getting my nose pierced soon and I want to know if it is alright to take my ativan beforehand. I'm almost sure I'll be nervous and anxious. Anyone know?

You have Ativan for anxiety disorder, don't you? I would not take additional doses, but if you haven't taken your normal dose, then do so just before, say thirty minutes prior to your peircing.

I think it it fine. They use Ativan for anxiety and also for when they are going to sedate people in the hospital.
Just don't take any alcohol or other illegal drugs.
