my husband got two promotions one for work and the other for the fire hall -yet i find myself jealous , why i should be happy for him right?

does your hubby flaunt and brag about it in a way that he sounds like he has one or two over you?
if YES, let him enjoy the glory. If it continues for more than a day, tell him to get back to earth because his wife is waiting there for him.
if NO, this is what you and your hubby are:
you are married, you love each other, you support each other...which means one's success is a success celebrated by the both of you, one's sorrow is a shared pain for both of you.
there's no competition or rivalry in a marriage, marriage is about togetherness.

may be u r jealousy is a front for some hidden grievances u have with him u may not be totally happy with him so cant be happy in his successes for him .dont come down hard on urself ur only human tell him ur and ask him to forgive u u willfeel released of the burden of guilt

With his Promotions? Surely, he'll celebrate with you? Maybe take you out on the town? Maybe buy something, for the both of you? Maybe, make mad, passionate Love to you? Be positive!

Well it is just highlighting that you aren't progressing in your own career as quickly as you'd like. He's obviously doing something right. You may or may not be doing everything you should. You could ask your boss or boss's boss what you chould be doing to further your career.

yea u shud be happy!! u might feel a struck of jelousy because that vibe isnt working....that vibe is selfishness and envy ...wen you are selfish you care about yourself and then you envy cause others take your spotlight....................so stop being envious cuz it wont get you no where
