I deal with headaches on almost a daily basis. I have had them for so long, I know what kind of headache I am having. I suffer from hormone related migraines, and have for 28 years. I also have bad sinus headaches, that are sometimes as severe as a migraine. I also get headaches from a previous injury to my neck. Headaches are miserable, the key is, learning what is causing them, and then it is easier to deal with. If there is anyway that medication can be avoided, I would avoid it. After so many years of medications, they have weakened my heart, I am 45 years old and I have had 3 heart attacks due to the meds. So if you are suffering from them, find some ways to deal with them without meds. I have started getting massages, and they really seem to help. They keep you relaxed, so you are better able to deal with the pain. Good luck

I probably have one 6 out of 7 days a week.

Pre hysterectomy I had Hormone Migraines for 25 years. They abruptly ended with the hysterectomy.

Having flu shots ended the sinus headaches I had for most of my life.

Now I have headaches from medication side effects.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information
