I like to do it at work. I genereally try to catch my co-workers or subordinates in a confined area and then do it while blocking the only possible exit.
Another good time is at bedtime. I pull the covers over my wife's head and fire away.
My personal favorite is to be in a retail store and catch a salesman talking with a customer. I try to slowly walk by and let a quiet one out and then move on quickly. I move a few feet away and glance back to enjoy the expression on the customers' faces when they start to think a salesman just poo-pooed on them.
