okay i like this boy named chris and he goes to my school but when i try talking to him i always say something stupid like hey or how are you doing? i just cant tell him i like him what might be a good way to tell him?

Saying "hi" and "how are you doing" isn't stupid, it's normal, friendly behavior. But, it tells me something: you are not very good friends. How well do you know the guy? Why do you like him? Because he is cute or what? (I'm not calling you shallow or anything, just asking!)
You should try talking to him more, get to know him and give him the chance to see what a great person you are. Ask him about school, your mutual friends, music, latest movies-so many topics! Then we'll see what to do next.

How about finding out through his friends or classmates on what he likes, hobbies, interests, etc?

so the next time you see him, you can ask a question on something that he likes.

be aware that he may answer with a question which is something good, meaning he maybe interested in you.
on the other hand, if his response is short as in OK or GOOD, then he maybe shy....or not interested in you and just being polite to respond.

Get your friends together and invite him to hang out. Being around your friends will make you comfortable....no harsh feelings if he doesn't feel the same about you. You will still have a good time.....

You inviting him will stir up something in his mind and he will think you like him and if he agrees, move a step up and just talk to him directly. Do it in person better.....you must get yourself comfortable around him, can't be scared.

you're not stupid, your confident, at least you have to pretend to be while you tell him. say hey how are you, what u up to later on, maybe you'd wanna go get coffee (or in your case, a lollypop) with me. if he agrees then you can tell him over coffee.

Take it slow at first, Smile at him a lot, talk to him, and treat him like a good friend. Then, just ask him out. Don't just tell him your feelings and walk away, because then he won't know what to do. Have fun! :)

well what you said isn't stupid, you just need to develope it. maybe ask him if you and him want to go out sometime, for a drink or somewhere else. and see how it goes from there on. but keep talking to him. your on the right track.

Just hint it to him - maybe get him some flowers or something, and if he likes it... that's a very good sign. If he doesn't appreciate it, he's not worth your time. You'll never know until you try!
