I weigh 180 lbs. im 19 years old. My goal is to lose aound 10lbs. I wuld really appreiciat detailed info such as every meal of the day what i should be eating. Thanks a million.

You have to find the diet that helps you lose the most any specifics can be scary and hold you back. Meaning what works for me may not for you. Best thing to do is limit fatty foods to one day a week, drink lots of water, cut your portions and change your whole way of diet so your not back here in a month asking the same thing. Exercise is ALWAYS the way to go there is no quick fix! Good luck!

Don't eat three meals a day!!! Eat around six SMALL meals, drink lots of water, or what I did was drink the diet V8 splash, and exersice about 3 times a week. Cardio and toning. I lost 30 pounds in about 1 month doing it this way. Good luck to you!!

Hey, you should try the APPLE PATCH diet. I know some people who swear by it. It's all-natural and not dangerous like some diet pills, and its good if your not trying to loose mega weight. If you wanna just take off between 10-40 lbs and dont want it to take forever, i have heard good things about this system. If you wanna check it out, this is their site:
