i forgot to mention that i already started to jog i have two days now also i want my arms to be cut what is good for that.

Start jogging 1.5 hours a day, cut the junk food out of your diet, dont eat sugar. Eat 3 meals a day, you will feel hungry for a while but if you keep it up your body will adjust and you ill recalibrate your system.

Ok Spring Break is in April and I dont think trying to loose 40 lbs by april is healthy. Maybe you should give yourself a more realistic goal, like 15 lbs by april and that you will be able to achieve.

There is no way to loose that much weight in such a short period of time. Instead of focusing on the scale, try tracking success differently. Like adding muscle while trimming off inches from your waist. Also, try this website it's FREE and it has some great tools to help you lose weight.

each day go out and run a lap or so and by it is spring brack you we have lost 40pds.
