It isn't. It dates to the middle ages and there are two kinds of pigment that have been found microscopically.
The answer is almost certainly not. The odds of finding a complete DNA sequence on a sample that old are negligeable. DNA just doesn't stay together that well over a long time frame and it was in a fire at one point. You might be able to sequence bits and pieces of it, but you would never get the whole thing.

Yeah it's not genuine, sorry.
Perhaps the biggest clue should have been that the shroud had more Caucasian features to resemble the idealized image of white Jesus when historically he would have been a middle eastern man...
