True, but if you must drink the best way to prevent a hangover is to drink water as every other drink. Dehydration is the prime cause of a hangover. The headache you get with a hangover is actually the thin layer of fluid that cushions your brain from the inside of your scull evaporating. What I do is drink a full bottle of water just before i go to sleep,, then i keep 2 bottles on my nightstand a 1 bottle in the bathroom. Every time I wake i drink some....result, no hangover...hope this helps

Clearly! But if drinking can't be helped, try to drink one glass of water between each alcoholic drink. Failing that, take two Advil Gel Caps and a HUGE glass of water before bed. Or Gatorade works really well the next morning (electrolytes), failing all that - a little hair of the dog usually works!

That's not exactly a cure, that's prevention. An ounce of prevention, however, is worth a pound of cure. I agree with the premise, though. Find another way to have fun!

Naturally. A hang-over is otherwise known as alcahol poisoning. To avoid it, don't ingest the poison.
