All I have is a jump rope, but I can afford to buy some small equipment and diet drinks for around $100

Count calories. Make sure you burn more than you take in, and you will LOSE weight. When your clothes are LOOSE, you will know you have succeeded.

Forget the diet drinks. Drink lots of water and get plenty of cardiovascular workout. Use your jump rope while you watch Tv at night, buy a couple of weights for about $3-5 each and use those to tone. Good luck!

Save your money just start to eat healthy and don't skip meals that is not the solution. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day that can be running or or taking a walk and always do your stretching before you start exercising . Drink plenty of water and don't drink soda or any sweet drinks and stay motivated by saving that money for when you lost all that weight and get your self some thing to compliment your body.count calories there is 3500 calories in one pound

Don't waste money on "diet" food and drink. Just increase your daily physical exercise, and cut down on what you eat, while maintaining a good balanced diet. It's the only thing that works for the long term. Good luck.

eat only 1 power bar a day with a bottle of water, before you wake up run around your house 3 to 5 times, then just enjoy the rest of your day, harsh but very effective

I used to work in fitness center, so I bet that you need to buy a abdominal shaping equipment, for most of fat percentage is there (stomach / belly), and..........voila, you must lose 20 lbs, for your sake !!
One more, try to reduce carbohydrate and boost up your protein level, okay ??

find a guy who can help you put a locker on your fridge.

then go to the shop and get a plaster
plaster your mouth and sit down.
