today ive already over eaten i had a bag of popcorn, 5 plums, strawberrys, pineapple,jellies why am i such a glutton ??

It sounds to me like you have a negative image of food and yourself.

You are not a glutton. This what I read "imbetween the lines" about your situation. If I am wrong--then please ignore my advice/comments. I see you as being unsatisfied with your body. You've tried to restrict your eating in order to achieve a body you deem satisfactory. but, your body needs energy, and drives you to eat. And now you feel guilty. Your body wants nourishment while your mind wants skinniness.

This is what I would do. Throw out junk food. This includes foods that are quick and easy to eat (no preparation required) except fruits and veggies. Then, when you do get hungry, you can either snack on fruits/veggies or fix yourself a meal. Since fixing a meal requires more time,etc.. you will not be tempted to do it all day.. And since you can't snack on bad foods, you will feel less guilty. When you do eat a meal, go for a walk afterwards.

Are you a boredom eater? Depression eater? Stress eater? are you bored, sad, or stressed? Or all three? Do you have crap food in your house? Go get something good to snack on! Eat a big breakfast, big lunch, snack sensibly,and have a reasonable dinner.

at least you pigged out on some of the right stuff... plums, strawberries, pineapples... idk about the popcorn (it was probably buttered) and i assume the jellies were no good.

just try fruits and veggies next time.
