affordable carpet and installation in virginia?

I live in chesapeake, va and was wondering if there is affordable carpet and installation in the area, any advice?

Just for consideration-why not buy carpet tiles and lay them yourself
I recently did my basement in carpet tile-cheap-easy to install-think I payed approx $500.00 including shipment for a 25' x 25' basement.
It took me about 15 hrs to install and unless you look close you couldn't tell that they were tiles-plus you can get some extra pieces in case someone drops a cigar or spills merlot wine-go to Carpetiles.com
