tatoo ideas on...........???

i want to get a tatoo in memory of my grandmother, but i don't know what or where i should put it? any ideas, please..???

you should get something that reminds you of your grandmother. for instance, my grandmother makes patch quilts so if i were going to get something in honor of her i would get a quilt patch or something like that. be creative and original. if she had a favorite flower or something that'd be great. the more unique the better!

How about a finger print, all the different swirls with in a print can be done really artistically (you also have the option of color or just b & W) It could signify the imprint she left on your life. Another twist on that could be that the lines with in the finger print could have innitials, dates, names, anything you want. Also, this is a peice that could go anywhere, and could be any size. It's a beautiful idea, make sure you choose somthing that will do her justice.

thats so sweet that you want a tatoo in memory of your grandmother. I would get an angel on your upper arm and her name. or really anything that reminds you of her. if she liked a certain kind of flower, get that. but i would keep it very small and simple.

It should be something that would make you think of her every time you saw it. And make sure it is something that you can live with for the rest of your life. Do some research, find out what she loved and then go to a tattoo shop and tell them what you want to do and see if they can come up with an idea that is unique for you.

My brother is a tattoo artist and he tattoo'd himself as follows for the same reason you stated: He gave himself one across the whole smaller under part of his arm that says "FAITH" because his best friend's mom died last year of cancer. He was close to their family as well as his own, and the mother's name was Faith. Now this is just an idea but I just want you to know that I think you're doing everything for the right reasons! AS this Tattoo is in memory of your grandmother only you can decide what to have, Maybe have it in a place where only you and your parnter will see it, like your hip or back, I think Tatto's like that should be in private place. I have one on hip, its a fairy flying free of all that's s**t in this world. I got this done after I came out of bad relationship where this guy beat me up... A**ehole!!!! Anyways... hopes this helps!!!

if shes your grandma and she like the sweet kind have something delicit like a rose or something or find out what her favorite flower or something personal of hers is then put on the upper pat of your back or your sholder cuz if its on ur arm/stomach or leg it mightbe knd of wierd cuz remember yo grandma there it might be cute but thats where u put all ur sexy tatoos at

My friend got one on his ribs....it looks really good there. Go to where your gonna get it done and tell them some stuff about your Grandmother and what she liked to do...they will draw something up for you...they like meaningful tats and take a lot of time on them.

I actually have a colourful butterfly on my decrease decrease back that i'm getting lots of compliments on. I actually have a chum with lips on the dazzling of her rear. lovable! She says it potential kiss my ---. She positioned on lipstick and kissed a serviette and the tattoo artist extremely used it for the tattoo! If i'm getting yet another one - it will be a 4 leaf clover on my hip. (with the help of how - i'm 38 and tattoos are so difficulty-loose now that i don't experience they are considered "trashy" as they as quickly as have been)

well, if it was truly meant to be you would have thought of an idea. it still might. but i just couldn't put something with that strong of a message on me knowing that i didnt think of it myself.
