I have heard that a person's eyes do change as they get older-much older. I am wondering as I feel I now am more farsighted vs nearsighted.

Absolutely! As a child I was very near sighted and wore very thick glasses. Now that I am in my early sixties, (61) my nearsightedness is correcting itself but my farsightedness is getting worse. I have always dreamed of the day that my glasses could be "normal-looking" without costing an arm and a leg for the thin lenses.

Eyes change as you age. Prisbyopia is the aging and it affects people differently, i.e., your arms getting shorter when you try to read. Go see a qualified eye specialist and have them checked. There are medical conditions, some serious, that affect eye sight.
