There is nothing we are aware of that God cannot do. A better question might be what are some things God will not do.
The there are only a couple I can think of at the moment. He will not deceive us and he will not violate that which is law or an eternal principle.
Course we have so little understanding of either of those topics it is not saying much.
Love ya.

1. He cannot become less than himself and still be God.
2. He cannot be the Most High because he repented in the bible. (Gen-6:6'7 / Ex-32:14).
3. He cannot control his emotions by the fact he admits that he is a jealous God & the penalty he would like to or executesfor violating loyaty to him.
4. He cannot control any of our destinies because the bible is evidence that his plan do not always work.
5. He cannot be a he or a she if he/she/it is a spirit because spirit has no gender. Or he cannot be spirit if god is a he.
6. He cannot be omnipresent because he is limited by time and space based on the events recorded in his so-called holy book which involve him.
7. He cannot hide his weak, false & conniving nature from people who can think for themselves.

Nothing is impossible for God. (Matthew 19:26) - "Looking at them, Jesus said, 'With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.'" In Him is found no lie, because He is the truth - (John 14:6). In Him is found no sin, "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God," - (Romans 3:23). May God give you understanding in Jesus' name.

It is impossible for God to lie. Can God make two plus two equal five? It is impossible for God to lie, so he is consistent with truth which has absolutes. His standard of right and wrong does not change.

Interesting question. The answer is straight forward. There is nothing that God cannot do however there are many, many things that he CHOOSES not to do.
