multivitamin good for hair growth?

if i take multivitamin will my hair grow from roots because i lost some hair being pulled by enemy during fight he pulled my hair strongly and scalp is also paining a lot which to use tell me please for pain and new hair growth please kindly help me

A multi vitamin is a good start!! Also a vitamin with E, C, an any other thing you can think OFF!!!
