I doubt it. You would get "looks" and you would be extremely rude. Trouble? I don't think so.
Unless you were doing it continuously, then the guards may ask you to step outside until you were "through" with your concert.

are u planning on doing that? maybe u should do it infront of some guards and then let them ask u to step outside. then start belching even more. Oh my god if they arrest you, itd be so funny, you could right a book called : I was arrested for belching in the white house.
