Learning is imperfection. For that matter any progress is imperfection. Because you have agree that he was imperfect before progress.
God is perfect.
Your playing with words doesn't make God non-existent

There are few things which God cannot do.. like He cannot sleep, he cannot feel hunger or thirst. He cannot throw you out of his empire. He cannot be unjust, he cannot be unaware and there is nothing which he doesnt know. God knows each and everything so i think he cannot learn anything as HE already knows everything, that has happened or is happeneing or will happen. So there is no chance of learning new things.

Your question is about the ability of God. "Can" implies ability. God is defined as omnipotent, which means God has all ability.

You may want to rephrase your question as "Does God need to learn?" God is also defined omniscient, which means God knows all. If God knows all, then God does not need to learn.
