Implants is one cause of headaches. Many many many people have been kidnapped, hypnotized, implanted by aliens, returned, often without immediate or full memory of the abduction but with the addition of a brain implant which can cause headaches the rest of their lives.
There are allergies also which cause headaches.
And there are hereditary reasons for headaches such as migraine.

Most of time it's a lack of water. Dehydration causes headaches most of the time. Also people often get headaches when they haven't had any caffeine.

Generally the Chief of Police where I used to work caused headaches. Thank goodness I don't work for him anymore. Retirement is looking pretty good right about now.
