Windows 98 is obsolete. When you have time update your operating system. UBUNTU is a free, reliable and up to date OS. All of the programs are also FREE!!
You need 256MB of RAM for a full version. Less for XUBUNTU.

I am not familar with PC Unzip but Quick Zip works with Windows 9x.

if all you need is a program to unzip files or make them, why not get winzip10.
