Fruit pie filling is absolutely delicious on pancakes! I especially enjoy warm apple pie filling spread on top of my pancakes and topped off with a dollop of whip cream.

Oh anything! Syrup, powdered sugar, fresh fruit, peanut butter, apple butter, regular butter, flavored syrups, fresh jellies. . .the list is endless. Keep in mind, what flavor pancakes you're starting with and work with that!

I traditionally like the syrup, but my while visiting my mom a while back she put strawberries (the kind you can get frozen in a sugary sauce), cool whip and a sprinkle of powdered sugar. They were not only visually appealing, but tasted heavenly.
