I think it's better to have 3 normal meals and 2 snacks. Snacking all day isn't a very good habit.

It depends, of course, on the tons of snacks. If the snacks are sugars, fat, or simple carbohydrates it's not okay. If the meals and snacks are all healthy and properly portioned, you're probably fine. The fit of your clothes will tell you how well you're doing.

If you dont have tendency to puton lot of weight than it is O.K
