I developed a lot of respect for Davey Moore during his courageous fight with Duran. He fought a very good fight and never gave up fighting hard to the end. He had good punching power and good boxing skills too. Ayala Jr is a good example of a man being his own worst enemy with his criminal mentality. He was a very brutal puncher and could have had a great career but chose to be an animal outside of the ring unfortunately. I believe that this would have been a very close fight with both men taking turns rocking each other. I believe that Moore had better overall boxing ability and would have won a close decision.
