i have an outdoor building that instead of painting, i'd like to cover in wallpaper. is there anything that will seal wallpaper to make it all-weatherproof? thanks!!

Well it depends a lot on the wallpaper, there's some that you can do, but most wall paper isn'r made to handle the UV from the fun and will fade and discolor very rapidly. That is even if you can protect it from the weather. A couple weatherproofing ideas are one, Coat it over with a good polyurethane hopefully it would seal it well enough that the rain and all won't get to it. separate from that you can use a good sealer (tile sealer) to seal it from moisture, but that won't help much in other cases. I'd reccommend that you paint it then stencil on designs rather than use wallpaper. it'll protect well and still be stylish.

good luck
