I love Cherry pie filling on my pancakes, but ice cream is good too. If you are being adventurous add some peanut butter to your ice cream topping.

I like them the traditional British way, with a squeeze of fresh lemon and some sugar. Oh.... I just HAVE to make some now!!!!!

We made our own maple syrup when we lived in NY, and that is the best.
In Hawaii I had a tropical fruit mixture with sherbert and whipped cream that was to die for.

you cant beat good old lemon juice a sugar sprinkled on top then roll it up and devour it! not forgetting to mop up all that juice and sugar off the plate!
