The short answer is that you can treat the external effects...
It is possible to make someone with Antisocial Personality Disorder alter their behavior in order to make it more "socially acceptable" (ie: not do things that are illegal). However, the individual will probably not ever think about or care how his or her actions will affect others.

First and foremost, anyone under the age of 18 cannot be antisocial, you have to be an adult to get the diagnosis. There is good reason for this, many kids grow out of it. And guess what, psychiatrists misdiagnose all the time. The person could also be lying to you. Depression seems a likely candidate given the symptoms. Also something like conduct disorder or oppositional definat disorder would probably be the first possibilities entertained. I don't think these symptoms are characteristic of antisocial personality disorder, anyway. This may, in adulthood, become something like borderline or histrionic personality disorder, it's hard to say.

There must be a treatment for ASPD. There are many people with this disorder. If you know someone with it, they need to get a referral from their doctor to the kind of doctor they need.

Some of the new seratonin reuptake inhibitor antidepressants have shown promise in this area. Paxil is the only one that has been approved for this application but they all will work to some extent. (most likely)
