You can't cure a cold that fast but try using zinc lozenges or Zicam nasal spray to shorten the duration of it.

First of all - there is no sure for the common cold. Unfortunately you'll just have to ride it out. You can take cough medicines, medicated sweets (e.g. Strepsils, Tunes) and any other type of cold treatment. These will only hide the symptoms to make you feel better, but there is no actual cure. One thing you MUST do though is rest. If your body doesn't rest then it'll take longer for your immune system to take care of the cold. Sorry I couldn't be more help, but there's not much more to tell.

crabbiies green ginger and a shot of rum, take 2 of these go for a hot bath then bed, you will sweat it out, it works for me every time i get the cold, if you don't want to go out and buy the rum and ginger, go to your local pub, they should be kind enough to pop 2 measures of each into a small bottle for you, it costs less to, gl hope you feel better soonxx

I take Actifed to stop my nose running. It works very well, though it can make you drowsy. Also, drink lots of fluids, take Vitamin C and have nutritious food like home made soup. Good luck!

I would put a dab or one drop of tea tree oil on your tongue morning and night-keep your head warm at night by covering most of it with the warm duvet-keep warm and indoors if possible.
