i am single since my boyfrined run off with someone else, im quite shy so meeting new people is difficult for me. Does anyone have any suggestions that could help?

You should go out with friends to pubs and stuff and try to get into a wider circle of friends that includes both sexes, so there will be a chance of knowing the person. Meeting through work worked for me, but its good to have a mixed group of friends you can socialise with too.
And get off the net...lol

Theres a lot of places to meet nice guys, if your into fitness join a gymn, all kinds of nice looking guys there, try the personals in your local paper, i met an ex girlfriend of mine at the library, church gatherings, you name it you can even try the clubs if your into that, im going to list a couple of internet dating sites if you wanna go that route, best of luck now.The first two sites are 100% free.
