I made too much tomato sauce for our pasta the other night. Last night we made chicken parmesan but we still have a lot of sauce left. Any other good ideas? I hate for it to go bad before I can finish it all. Thank you.

Rigatoni and Italian Sausage
Cut up and brown the sausage, add the sauce to heat. Cook a package of rigatoni according to directions (boil in pan), drain, add sauce, and Parmesan cheese.

Or Three Cheese (or any other flavor) Ravioli's (in the cheese or frozen food section of the grocery store) cooked, mixed with sauce, and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.

How about a home made pizza? It probably wouldnt use too much, but you could get mozeralla sticks to go with it and use the sauce as a dipping sauce!

. . .or could could send the sauce to me. I do love the homemade sauce! Good luck!

Well lasagna will use up lots of your sauce, or you could make a baked casserole, like ziti, with meatballs and fresh mozzerella. Adding different toppings or meats to it will really mix it up!

You could freeze it, or you could make spaghetti, chicken cacciatore, or cook sausage in it and make pasta. you could use it for a stew also.
