They are indeed. They are involved in murder on a daily basis, along with the rape of Iraqi women and the torture of POW's. Added to this they have formented sectarian hatred between Iraqis causing a brutal civil war among Iraqis. Working class American kids along with innocent Iraqis are dying everyday just to fund the corporate greed of George Bush, Tony Blair and their fellow oil grabbing criminals

No, we're not.
Genocide is an intentional purge of a race or distinct defenseless group of people. We are not doing that. Whatever the death toll, it will never be genocide unless we target a race or religious group and shoot to kill. Trust me, if we were in genocide-mode, the death toll would be in the millions easily.
Instead, we are attempting to stabilize the country and fighting an armed insurgency. People are dying, heck, lots of people are dying, and it's absolutely terrible that's happening, but it is NOT a genocide.

Like Vietnam, the US is waging an illegal invasion of a sovereign nation. At Nuremberg, the US were warned about the judgements they passed on the Nazies involved would come back to haunt them. "Shock & awe" or "Blitzkreig"-same differance.
"No, the killing is being done by insurgents. Our soldiers don't use car bombs and suicide missions" "Our" militants drop bombs
from a plane, killing thousands at one stroke.
"Greendork" read what you have to say elsewhere. Blind follower bit.
Real Esate-Para Legal" Do you really want them to flatten all that real estate. After the fighting & killing is over, you could make a fortune over there, like the rest of the "Carpet Baggers".

meanwhile back home many of you sit on your asses and be-yotch about a war you know nothing about.I am a retired Sgt.Maj. who has served in both Gulf Wars.I have seen alot of good soldiers die.If we pull our troops out now the terrorists will think they can beat us.Know what you're talking about before you protest the war. This is the strongest country in the world and you should be holding your heads up high.Instead you take your safety for granted and fight and argue over all of this.Shame on you!

No, there might be isolated incidents of abuse with some soldiers but nothing to large scale.

Military is trained to kill. The legitimacy of existence of military in civilized society is by virtue of brute force that it posses.
Since soldiers are humans so they too show a varied level of dynamism of behave .So while some may act with heart but majority wold take advantage of freedom and power the posses in lawless lands.
Genocide is bound to be committed in terrains of Iraq

Depends on who you ask. Ask an Iraqi who lost family members since the invasion, they'll tell you "yes". Ask a flag-waving American and they will tell you "no". I don't think many people in the US will consider the death toll when answering this question.

Just asking this question shows that you are either NOT a US citizen or you are a Left Wing Libbie WACKO....If our soldiers do anything outside the rules of engagement they are held accountable by you pukes....unlike your terrorist heroes whom can behead innocents they kidnap on TV and you cheer....Personally I want our troops out....then send in the heavy bombers with a few mega tons of nukes....BOOM...we win and your muzzie friends are on their way to see their pedophile prophet.
When I see their leaders condemning the terrorist actions then MAYBE i will be concerned for them.
