Hey hunni, i understand excactly how u feel. When i was at school i went through a stage of not feeling good enough about myself and wanting 2 lose weight.
I 2 loved my food 2 and could never stick 2 diets, and hated excercise unless it was dancing. In the end I did manage to stop eating mainly, i would have a sausage roll a day and drink alot of water, the weight was falling off me, but so was my health, even though i thought i looked better the truth was it was making me ill. I was feeling dizzy all the time, losing my balance, constantly shaking, drifting in and out of reality in lessons. My whole world would go black for a few seconds and I would forget where i was, its so not a good life, i got some help and managed to start eating again, yes a bit of weight came back but i felt SO much better for it and u will realise 2 accept urself for who u are, no matter what anyone else says. If any one has anything 2 say about the way u look just pluck up the courage and tell them how happy u r with urself and they shud get a life and mind their own bloody business.

You don't! Full stop. Starving yourself is wrong and completely unhealthy. Haven't you ever heard of anorexia? It's a killer.
If however you just need to lose some weight, then I'd recommend exercise. Some times people don't need to cut back on their food, they just need to exercise. If you don't exercise then you should only be eating about 2000 calories a day (give or take a bit) as that's about as much as it takes for your body to simply function.
If you are really stuck, then you could always try hypnotherapy. It can help sometimes.
But as I said, you shouldn't starve yourself.

right. for a start, i'm not telling you how to starve yourself, coz thats just stupid.
second, y did u put this question in singles and dating? is it coz u want to lose weight for a guy? if so, dont, he's not worth it if he wants u to starve yourself, or if he makes you feel the need to do so.
as you said, u love your food, there's nothing wrong with that, but if u want to lose weight, you can probably still have most of the foods you love, just watch how much of it. drink water, eat well, stay healthy. please dont starve yourself, it wont do u any good.

dont ever starve urself watevr u do!! yeh sure eat a healthy diet but nevr starve yourself hun.im sure u look fine jst the way u r.if you go too thin you grow hairs on your face and get a light tash its a fact.besides guys like something to hold on 2 they dnt want a rake isnt tht rite boys?

OMG don't starve yourself!!! you should be happy with who you are, don't change that for anyone, and definately don't hurt or kill yourself doing it, I don't want to sound like your mother, but I know ppl who have tried it, and they just got uglier, lost weight where they didn't want to, under their eyes and cheeks and arms. Talk to someone and get some help, there are safe ways to diet.

Its harder to eat when its not convienient to. Dont have food in the house. Dont take money out with you, so you cant just go and buy food. If food is not there or not accessable you cant eat it-easy!

First of all starving yourself is ridiculous, never works look at Karen carpenter If you dont know who she is travel to wikipedia. One thing is to excersize every day! Portion control! Drink lots of water and if you feel like binging brush your teeth everything tastes gross after brushing your teeth!

don't starve yourself. go on a fruit and veggie diet if u don't want to exercise . but don't get too thin. men like a woman in shape and thick in the right places :D

and you, you're pathetic, asking for help on how to stop eating. look around to the people who have ED's. you think we asked for help to become like this? we're not the ones with the problem-you are.
